Shipping Rates & Timelines
We currently ship within Canada only.
- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order is processed.
- Delivery times vary by location, but typically take between 5–10 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $150 to all provinces. Territories, we're looking into options for you too and hope to have a similar solution in the future!
- While we don’t offer returns or exchanges, we do know that things outside of our control happen! Please reach out to info (at) frayedhearts (dot) com, if items arrive damaged upon delivery.
Local Pickup
Please allow 2 business days for your order to be ready for pickup.
- You will be emailed with instructions and the exact address when your order is ready for pickup.
- Orders will be held for 15 calendar days from the pickup notification date.
- Please email us (info (at) frayedhearts (dot) com) if you need to make alternate arrangements.
- If your order has not been picked up within 15 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded to your original payment method.

- Currently available from our Lower Sackville, NS location.
- Coming soon to our Dartmouth, NS location.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within parts of HRM:
- If you’re unsure if you fall within our local delivery area, please email us at info (at) frayedhearts (dot) com for confirmation!
- Local delivery is a flat rate of $5 per order.
- Upon check out, you’ll be asked where we should leave your order if you’re not home during our delivery attempt.
