We currently ship within Canada only.

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order is processed.
• Delivery times vary by location, but typically take between 5–10 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
• We offer free shipping on orders over $150 to all provinces. Territories, we're looking into options for you too and hope to have a similar solution in the future!
• While we don’t offer returns or exchanges, we do know that things outside of our control happen! Please reach out to info@frayedhearts.com, if items arrive damaged upon delivery.

Please allow 2 business days for your order to be ready for pickup.

• You will be emailed with instructions and the exact address when your order is ready for pickup.
• Orders will be held for 15 calendar days from the pickup notification date.
• Please email us (info@frayedhearts.com) if you need to make alternate arrangements.
• If your order has not been picked up within 15 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded to your original payment method.

We offer local delivery within parts of HRM: 

• If you’re unsure if you fall within our local delivery area, please email us at info@frayedhearts.com for confirmation!
• Local delivery is a flat rate of $5 per order.
• Upon check out, you’ll be asked where we should leave your order if you’re not home during our delivery attempt.
